Refund Policy

Eligibility

Eligibility for Refunds Wings Away accepts refund requests only for products that are unopened and in their original packaging. To be eligible, the request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. Customers must provide proof of purchase, and the product must be unused and undamaged. Opened or used products are not eligible for refunds for hygiene and quality control reasons.

Refund Process 

Refund Process To request a refund, customers must contact our support team with order details and photos of the product (if applicable). Once approved, the product must be returned at the customer’s expense. Upon inspection and approval, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items and Conditions

Opened or Used Products – Due to product integrity and safety, we cannot accept returns once the package is opened.

Custom or Special Orders – Any customized or specially arranged shipments are non-refundable.

Damaged Returns – If a returned product is found to be damaged or altered, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Fees – Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
